Every department (or degree programme) has a Student Counsellor (studie adviseur). The Student Counsellor knows all the ins and outs of the programme and can help with possible problems. Typical subjects to discuss with the Student Counsellor are: programme schedule (and delay) and exam regulations. In some cases, there are separate Student Counsellors for the Bachelor's and the Master's programmes.
In the e-Prospectus you can find more information on your study programme. Go to your study programme and click on the direct link 'Contact Data' (on the right) in order to find the e-mailadress of the secretariat of your study. Send your questions to the secretariat, they will help you further. Either they can help you with your questions or they will send your e-mail to the Student Counsellor of your degree programme.
