Have you decided to say goodbye to the Netherlands after you graduate and to pursue a career abroad? Or are you an international student who has fallen in love with the Netherlands and decided to build a life and a career in this country? Either way, you will probably be using English to apply for a job. To help you take your first steps on the international job market, the Faculty of Humanities Student Careers Service is organizing a workshop on applying for work in an international setting in the Netherlands or abroad.

We will try to paint a picture of what Leiden Humanities' graduates have to offer in terms of knowledge and academic skills. We will help you draw up a personal profile of yourself so that you know what your selling points are. We will discuss the importance of networks. We will advise you on where to look for a job. And we will help you produce a curriculum vitae (or résume, as the Americans call it).
