My main research interests are in the domain of semantics, pragmatics and syntax and the relation between these levels of linguistic description. I have worked primarily on various topics within Russian linguistics (verbal aspect, the imperative, conditional constructions, infinitival constructions, modality, degree words, word-order), but I have also worked on comparative Slavic aspect, Dutch infinitives and imperatives, degree words and negation in English, and typology of degree words (‘enough’, and ‘too’).
