Questions and contact

There are two graduation ceremonies; in February/March and in September/October. If you would like to graduate in another month you can participate in the next ceremony. If you have any other questions, please contact your coordinator of studies or the administration as soon as possible.

Please bear in mind that the graduation process may take a month (or more, during the holiday period) from the moment all your grades have been registered in uSis until your diploma and transcript of records are ready.

Graduation procedure

As soon as all your grades have been registered you can apply for deregistration as a student and possibly (partial) reimbursement of tuition fees. If your last grade (usually, the thesis grade) is submitted after August 15 please get in touch with your coordinator of studies to check if you can still take part in the graduation ceremony. If your last grade is submitted after August 31, you will need to register at Leiden University for (part of) the next academic year to be able to graduate in the new academic year.
