Research & recent publications

Project Berichtigungsliste der Griechischen Papyruskunden aus Ägypten (project coordinator); carried out under the auspices of the Association Internationale de Papyrologues, in collaboration with colleagues from the Institut für Papyrologie of the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. The Berichtigungsliste der Griechischen Papyruskunden aus Ägypten aims to offer a critical list of all the corrections proposed for published Greek papyrus documents.

Recent publications:
Berichtigungsliste der Griechischen Papyrusurkunden aus Ägypten, Band XII: Herausgegeben von H-A. Rupprecht - K.A. Worp, zusammengestellt von F.A.J. Hoogendijk, unter Mitarbeit von M.J. Bakker und H.J. Hengstl (Brill, Leiden - Boston, 2009)
- CD-ROM: Berichtigungsliste der Griechischen Papyrusurkunden aus Ägypten, Band I-XI (Brill, Leiden - Boston, 2009)

Publication and study of Greek papyri and ostraca in their historical context:
* edition of the unpublished Greek texts belonging to a bilingual archive of papyri extracted from crocodile mummies found in Tebtynis, Egypt (now housed in the Center for the Tebtunis Papyri, Berkeley, University of California). The archive seems to contain among others the papers of a notarial archive and those of a tax collector (mainly first cent. BCE)
* edition of the unpublished part of the papyrus collection of the Leiden Papyrological Institute
* edition of various Greek papyri from other collections.
