English language assessment for MA students

Are you planning to register for an English taught Master’s Degree Programme after your Bachelor’s programme? In order to assess what your current level of English is, you are invited to complete an Online Oxford Quick Placement Test.

Dutch for Prospective Students

Prospective students with a non-Dutch secondary education background must have a good command of Dutch before they are allowed to study at bachelor level at the University of Leiden.

Dutch 1-4 for German speakers

This course is aimed at native speakers of German. Prior knowledge of Dutch is not required for enrollment in this course as it is intended as a beginners course. Upon successful completion of the course, participants can enroll in Dutch 5. Prospective students who would like to pursue a degree at Leiden University (for which command of Dutch is required) must apply to the Admissions Office for a conditional letter of acceptance.
