Norwegian 1

The Norwegian 1 course is a beginners' course. Participants acquire elementary knowledge of the language. The focus of the course lies on everyday practical language use. By the end of the course, participants will have reached level A1.1 (CEF).


Norwegian courses at the Academic Language Centre

These courses address all language skills: speaking, writing, listening and reading. Much attention is given to grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary acquisition. The courses are practical, i.e. they focus on language use. If there is sufficient interest in a higher level, a follow-up course can be planned.


Korean 1&2 Intensive

The Korean 1+2 course is an intensive summer course. Knowledge of the Japanese language is not required for enrolment in this course. It is a beginners course.


Persian 1&2 Intensive

The Persian 1+2 course is an intensive summer course. Knowledge of the Persian language is not required for enrolment in this course. It is a beginners course.


German 6

The German 6 course is an advanced course. Participants acquire elementary knowledge of the language. The focus lies on practical everyday language use. Participants who have successfully completed the course will have reached level B2 (CEF).


German 1B

Knowledge of the German language is not required for enrolment in this course. It is a beginners course. A basic knowledge of English (A2) and Roman script is required.


Arabic 4

Participants who have successfully completed the Arabic 3 course of the Academic Language Centre, or who can prove in some other way that they possess the required entry level can sign up.


Arabic Intensive 1+2

The Arabic 1+2 course is an intensive summer course. Knowledge of the Arabic language is not required for enrolment in this course. It is a beginners course.
